DesignLSM have recently completed the interiors for new British-centric brassiere — MUSTARD based in Brook Green, London. MUSTARD is the latest venture from successful restauranteurs Lawrence Hartley, Tim Healy and executive chef Jason Wild. The all-day dining concept focuses on simple, honest brasserie food, which showcases the finest artisan produce from across the UK.
DesignLSM’s brief was to create a refined and relaxed interior, where guests can immerse themselves into the delicious and wholesome delights of fresh British cuisine. Drawing inspiration from the sites former home of a famous Victorian grocery shop, DesignLSM restored the original Highland thistle wall tiles and exposed the bespoke wooden-panelling with a bold and striking colour palette.
