Foreign Policy Design – Yah-Leng Yu, Arthur Chin — Singapore

"I would say currently it’s the best time to be a designer in Singapore. The scene is growing and maturing and really, really encouraging and hopeful and exciting at the same time. We see a lot of good works produced out there and really great standards. Many up and coming new studios popping up – which is a good sign. It’s an exciting time now in Singapore."

With a view to the internationalism of the Internet and the globalisation of art in general, what better name for a design studio than Foreign Policy Design? Joint-founders and creative designers Yah-Leng Yu and Arthur Chin, who are in the process of completely re-designing their website, decided to relocate from New York to their hometown of Singapore, partly as a way to remind themselves to stay visionary.
