Frank le Petit — Tokyo, Japan

“I love to sign an artwork because then I know it’s time for another one.”

Originally trained as an architect, French-born Frank Le Petit is a self-taught photographer whose work reflects the contrasts of our time in many aspects. Open to many forms of creativity, he has gradually developed an avant-garde approach to contemporary photography and created his own visual language. He is often considered to be the key figure of a new generation of photographers who manage to create bridges with a number of other creative fields and who are pushing photographic boundaries to new dimensions.
