Gastón Caba — Buenos Aires, Argentina

Get ready for a kawaii on full blast in the smiley-faced ferrets and rainbow wonderlands of up-and-comer Gaston Caba.

As a kid, Argentinean Gaston Caba drew his own “grotesques” inspired by the film ET, but has only grown more adorable over the years. Now as a freelance illustrator, he renders charming, droopy characters for animations like Mundo Juanca, and initiates independent projects like “Ping-Pong Remix” (in which 70 global illustrators re-interpreted classic famous table-tennis players).
