Klaus Haapaniemi — London, UK

A hallmark of Haapaniemi’s work is its diversity. From folk stencils to ’80s rock flash!

Haapaniemi started out as the key print designer for Diesel Style lab, and then worked as creative director and illustrator for well-known fashion label Bantam. Since then, he’s been something of a hot property, illustrating everything from Christmas store windows for Selfridges in London, Cacharel’s signature collection, fabric for Marimekko and special-edition packaging for PS2, to a Christmas story-book with celebrity writers such as Madonna’s daughter Lourdes and David Hasselhoff.
