Kymera — San Diego, USA

"Invitation design has been some of the most personal work that we have created. It's a particularly significant and intimate project to work on because it's a special point in someone's life. It has an emotional element that other types of design don’t necessarily have."

In Greek mythology, the chimera was a creature composed of the parts of multiple animals. It could encompass many things happening in one place, which is why Gina Benedetto and Karl Cossio decided to name their studio with a variation on it. Living and working in San Diego, California, the couple strive to tackle any design project they are presented with by adopting what they hope are fresh ideas.
