Maria Fischer — Munich, Germany

“I cannot name a specific finish as my favourite because a finish should be chosen that is appropriate to the content of the design piece. But in general, I like a coloured edging on books and magazines as well as embossing, neon colour or varnish.”

Maria Fischer is a graphic designer and illustrator from Germany who studied communication design at the University of Applied Science in Augsburg and at the University of Ulster in Belfast, Northern Ireland, for one semester. She graduated in 2010, with the book Traumgedanken as her final project, which won her a lot of recognition
