Nicholas Di Genova — Toronto, Canada

His world is populated by war machinery and bio-mechanical super-predators.

Images of war, predation and genetic mutation gone berserk dominate the obsessively detailed drawings and sculptures of Nicholas Di Genova. Born and raised in the small town of Belleville, he moved to Toronto to attend the Ontario College of Art and Design at 19. Nic enjoys incorporating lots of different materials into his work, the characters he creates are highly specialised creatures that have evolved over a long period of time to fit perfectly within their habitat.
