Suck UK — London, UK

Where can you get your hands on a SuckUK product is what you want to know most.

London-based Suck UK began life in 2000 as a partnership between Sam Hurt and Jude Biddulph, who graduated from Central St Martins College armed with a BA Hons degree in product design. After graduating, the pair freelanced projects that were sporadic, low-budget and slotted in between full-time, dead-end jobs to pay the bills. One-off projects attracted commissions from architects and other designers and interest in their ideas snowballed. Today, the studio is located in the Broadway Market area of Bethnal Green, London, while a separate unit in the same building provides not quite enough warehouse space and a workshop houses the sheet metal, sticky chemicals and spray paint.
