Yoni Alter — London, UK

Skyscrapers that defy convention and crowded cityscapes such as those of London and New York that contain a mixture of old and new have inspired his work. Through screen prints, sculpture and a striking mural, Alter explores some of the capitals’ most iconic structures in bold multi-coloured tones.

The most easily recognisable visual characteristic of a city will usually be its skyline, though this is typically the result of a handful of iconic buildings. London-based graphic artist Yoni Alter likes interesting shapes and definitely loves colours. He has been working on projects that feature some of the prominent urban architectural features of a city at scale, making for informative and eye-catching graphics.
