Yu-Chuan Chang — Taipei, Taiwan

"Emotional expression is the main difference between local design culture in comparison with that of other Asian countries. The small details of Taiwanese life are often incorporated into our design."

A left-handed illustrator, Yu-Chuan Chang has drawn since he was a child and long before he received any professional training from a design college. Chang never ceases to try different elements in his work, his most recent experiments being with acrylic collage and print-making techniques.
