"The name Museum came from my favourite place when I was a kid, Naturhistoriska Riksmuseet (the Swedish Museum of Natural History). I have always liked the look and feel of museums. But it has no deeper meaning than that."
Museum Studio is a design consultancy working in the field of visual communication. Founded in 2007 in Copenhagen, Denmark by Anders Jandér, and based in Stockholm since 2008, it has produced work for the New York Times, Nike, IKEA and numerous magazines, artists and galleries. Working in an experimental aesthetic in the fields of typography, graphic design, photography, furniture and film, it has had work exhibited in Tokyo, Paris and Los Angeles. Museum Studio also runs Museum Paper, an independent art magazine and publishing company that functions as a platform for self-initiated publishing projects.
