“The best interactive design I have produced is a branding design rather than an app. I re-branded a conference’s identity. In order to create an interactive and flexible identity, I created a smart system that can be applied across different media. I abstracted the media’s characteristics and fitted them to the system. From printing to screens, each individual design can reflect the media’s character.”
Shangning Wang is a graphic designer and illustrator, presently focusing on commercial art, typography, illustration, branding design, poster design and visual design. In the last couple of years he won more than 10 global awards, and his poster works were exhibited in many important poster exhibitions. In addition, he was invited to be part of the jury at the Muse Creative Awards and the COW International Design Festival.
