Chen Zhi Liang — Singapore

“I would like to re-design the packaging for some Chinese medicine. The way it is designed now is unique, but it has stayed the same for many years. It would be interesting to challenge the standard design of such packaging to create a fresh perspective on it, which seeks to inform and attract younger consumers to purchase it.”

Chen Zhi Liang is a Singaporean designer who is currently in his final year of a BA (Hons) degree course in design communication at Lasalle College of the Arts. He has developed an interest in typography and editorial design, but believes that a designer should be multi-disciplinary.
