“The current trend in pattern design is to use 3D objects, where the repetitions are generated in isometric perspective. We like that, there are interesting situations where different objects are combined. We also like to use typographic patterns or simple and modern shapes. The important thing is to be smart and create memorable new styles.”

Hup is an independent boutique studio with an international focus on branding, motion graphics, visuals and experimental processes, founded by Romina Giarrizzo and Marco Salemi.
