“On the one hand, part of good publication design is simple: A strong use of grid and typography and hierarchy, etc. On the other hand it’s more complex. Any kind of publication is a form of story-telling – one in which the means of telling the story go beyond the words on the page. Strong publication design uses all the tools available to make an emotional connection with those who experience it. This involves more complex human factors, such as the experiences the audience brings to the work and the expectations they derive from those experiences.”
Hybrid Design “are a team of people who think differently”. They maintain: “Our creative team is divided into two camps: logical and experimental. This gives us a unique perspective for exploring and problem-solving. Where these two worlds collide, amazing things happen.”
