9eme Concept is an artists’ collective founded by Stéphane Carricondo, Jerk 45 and Ned in 1990 – all of them interested in bringing art to a wider public. In pursuing this goal, they combined studio work with residencies and commissions. As their work brought them into contact with others, the group grew, and now numbers some 15 artists.
