Personally, I am drawn to artworks that may be more underground yet still possess widespread appeal. Ben Bauchau is a Belgium-based artist who collaborates with Elsa Lamy as an illustrator and art director duo. Drawing inspiration from romantic painters, comic books, and Japanese woodblock prints, their work explores surreal, narrative scenes that delve into unanswered questions, unexplained wonders, and lingering doubts.
