Laura Guarie — Buenos Aires, Argentina

"I’ve been reading a lot about European history recently and the influences that have left their mark on us, especially in art, architecture and design. Europe reached a very high level in the traditional teaching of arts and crafts, and has left us the legacy of its avant-garde experimentation, particularly Cubism and Constructivism."

Student designer from the University of Buenos Aires, Laura Guarie is presently studying graphic design there. She specialises in illustration, collage, editorial design, editing and animation. Along with her studies, she is also working for local communication and New Media studio DFCL, and has teamed up with a bunch of friends to start a new venture in graphic design and book-binding called LAMM.
