Leo Natsume — Porto Alegre, Brazil

“Interaction design should be designed differently for different people. We must study the culture, the actions and the behaviour of people to understand the best way to design for them. I’d like to highlight as an example the recent ZH Ouro I did for the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, for Zero Hora. It is a fully interactive website with 34 pages. Wow! Far too long for the user to access everything, you’d think. But this informational density was resolved with only minimal animation of three seconds per page. Simple.”

Brazilian designer and illustrator Leo Natsume says he loves “creating new experiences that are important to enable people to have better lives”.
