“A 160-page cookbook that was put together from start to finish in five weeks. This included writing all the recipes, sourcing props for the images, shooting the images, designing the book, proof-reading the book and printing 450 copies. It was a massive effort from everyone involved and could not have been pulled off without everyone’s relentless work ethic and positive attitude.”
An immigrant to Canada, having left Hong Kong for life in Vancouver, Man Wai followed her passion for design through the academic halls of York-Sheridan Design and, notably, the Bauhaus in Germany. Now a resident of Toronto, her pursuit of perfection has seen her delve into every facet of design including the art of branding, experiences, environments and products.
