Mina Fina studied visual communication at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana. While still at college, she received two Typographic Excellence awards at TDC, New York. Her thesis work, a photographic monograph called Tone Stojko, received an award for student excellence from the Academy in Ljubljana. She is now a freelance graphic designer who specialises in book and magazine design.
