“The biggest obstacle for me in making murals is the technical organisation of the process. If I paint in a small town, it can be difficult to get ladders, aerial platforms or the necessary paints and I have to bring them from other cities.”
Born in 1985 in Sverdlovsk, Russia, Natalia Pastukhova graduated from UralSAA with a degree in industrial design and from the University of Huddersfield with a bachelor’s degree in design. She experiments with different surfaces for images, from digital illustrations and prints to clothing, dot-tattoos and walls of houses.
