Oscar Rodriguez is a collage artist and graphic designer from Mexico. He was editorial director of Picnic, an independent medium whose purpose was to make the work of Mexican creators more visible. He is also co-founder of the Biennial Of Illustration organised by Pictoline, a national illustration award; and he co-own a tattoo studio called Cosmo, located in Colonia Juarez in CDMX, one of the creative epicentres in the city.
