“For ‘systems14’, we explored Braun Design in the context of Asia. The project brief called for several approaches, one of which was naturally inspired by huaren (Chinese-speaking) cultures both aesthetically and conceptually. We’ve always admired Chinese typography, and this project provided the opportunity to explore and share its richness.”

Founded in 2011 by Jonathan Yuen, Roots is an award-winning interdisciplinary design consultancy firm based in Singapore.
