McCann Worldgroup, one of the leading advertising agencies in the world, saw an opportunity to work with Studio Banana in creating not just a new activity-based environment but a whole new workplace culture.

Studio Banana embarked in a collaborative adventure to reinvent radical ways of working in the advertising industry. The result is a new home for 600 employees where Studio Banana designed the architectural layout, detailed fitout and execution, furnishings, wayfinding and acted as strategic consultant to optimize facility management and organization.
