Transformation is what makes good environmental graphics in my opinion. Many graphic designers can put ‘cool’ graphics on a wall, but how many are trying to re-define that space with a narrative?
Timothy Goodman is a designer, illustrator and art director who currently runs his own New York Studio, working on projects for clients such as the Ace Hotel, New York Public Library, Apple, The New York Times, The New Yorker, Time magazine and Suntrust Bank. Recently, he worked in-house at Apple Inc., where he helped integrate Apple’s visual language, domestically and internationally, across third-party environments, retail stores, events and campaign launches.
