“The main challenge for me is always the same, whether with typography or design in general, and that is to find the solution that I think is most appropriate for each project. On the other hand, there is the technical resolution, which is sometimes complicated, but the main challenge is to know what you want to do/transmit in each project. And then there is no doubt that the bigger the company, the greater the pressure.”

Born in 1969 in Bilbao, Spain, Txaber Mentxaka graduated in graphic design in 1992. After a career spanning more than 25 years in agencies, he invested in graphic experimentation which led him to develop his skills in 3D creation. His fascination with typography has allowed him to create a series of 3D typographic styles that you can see on his work. He currently runs his own design studio.
