“The packaging of Complements was pretty straightforward, but when it came to the product design, we found challenges with 3D printing and mold-making materials. It was hard to find a 3D printing substrate that was smooth enough for creating the modular shape that was the basis for the chocolate mold. Food-grade silicone (which we used for chocolate molds) can also be difficult to cast chocolates out of.”
