「DesignXcel」Joint-School Design Exhibition Collaboration Programme 2017 Officially Kickstarted — Hong Kong

The Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and Design Council of Hong Kong (DCHK) had recently launched its「DesignXcel」Joint-School Design Exhibition Collaboration Programme (JSDE) with a kickoff event. Professor Eric Yim, Deputy Chairman of FHKI and Chairman of DCHK, encouraged different industries to work with the design graduates for synergies in his welcome speech.「DesignXcel」aims to line up crossover collaborations between local design graduates and the industry collaborators, merging designers’ new ways of thinking with the practice and experiences of the entrepreneurs to achieve a win-win collaborative effect. Over 100 industry and design school partners supported the Kickoff Event to unveil the collaboration programme. All attending collaborators had high hopes of the collaborative end products to be showcased at the exhibition in OCT 2017.
