How do you find designing for a restaurant different to other identity projects? “First, the public in the bar is mostly young and full of personality, and there is a large space for design. Second, in the design process and the final effect, the personality and preferences of both the designer and the bar manager will be more distinctive than other commercial projects. Third, the overall landing is stronger and the integrity is higher. The catering industry is essentially experiential consumption. From sight, hearing, smell and taste, each sense needs to be precisely controlled.”
