B126 Workshop — Taipei, Taiwan

“When developing brand identities, we’ve shifted from starting with the logo to focusing on the story and concept first. We’ve found that a strong narrative and concept provide the visual identity with a powerful soul, making the process far more efficient. As for adaptability, branding has evolved significantly, particularly with the rise of motion design, mobile interfaces, and AI. Despite these rapid changes, we believe timeless design, solid planning, and deep creativity are the enduring pillars of a lasting identity.”

Founded in 2016, the Taiwanese design studio, B126 Workshop, rebranded its Chinese name to Sanfen Design in 2017, a name inspired by a light-hearted joke during a meeting. Sanfen/B126 combines meticulous design with free-thinking creativity, aiming to unlock new possibilities for their partners. The studio strives to inspire continuous innovation while achieving a harmonious balance between aesthetics and practical needs. Ultimately, Sanfen Design aspires to establish itself as a unique blend of creativity and business, delivering solutions that are both visually striking and commercially effective.
