“Printed posters are a powerful medium. During the day we consume thousands of digital messages, but a good poster is more like slow food. Something to enjoy and value — even though or because it has no ‘like’ or ‘share’ buttons. Good typography, the right paper, ink and printing technique make a great poster — one that sticks out in the urban space to attract attention. It can be advertising but also a quote, an infographic, a sign/message, a protest or a piece of art. Good messages deserve a quality medium.”
