Flying Fortress — Munich, Germany

An old-school graffiti artist, Flying Fortress turned to vinyl toys after a creative dead-end—thank goodness for creative dead-ends!

From 1989 to 1995, Flying Fortress (based in Munich, Germany) was a classic graffiti artist. But after heading back to school for graphic design, he released his iconic “Teddy Troops” toys. Now his work in toys, stickers, posters, and yes, spray and paint, can be found from Barcelona to Zagreb.
