Studio Float — Shanghai, China

“It’s not just about 2D graphics as backdrop; there can be 60-100cm depths, or a see-through space. We need to think how to utilize this depth or space to tell a story as attractively as possible. The space should engage the consumer to step inside. Nowadays, people are not satisfied with simply the space, they are attracted by digital media, screens, animated lighting, etc. We need to explore all of this to create a unique way to tell the story.”

Studio Float specialises in in-store display, and event/exhibition graphic and digital artwork for international brands. It claims to “approach each project on its own merits, building on the story behind. We have a love of craft and a process-led approach that is coupled with investigation and understanding, meaning that we produce work that speaks to its audience.”
