“Design can save this imperfect world and the imperfect self. The designs that inspire admiration in me are not determined by the materials and forms the designer presents, but the concepts and thoughts that lie behind the presentation. Design is not just about forms and materials, and works shouldn’t be defined as a certain visual style. The value of a designer isn’t determined by what patterns or images they create, but instead by how they define the over strategy, how they choose the appropriate communication resources to deliver effective messages, and how the design represents these decisions.”

A descendent of the former Yenken Tang Design Office, UNDESIGN was established in 2012 as a service company for branding and organizational image design. The studio has a core goal of developing its capabilities in branding design, and in 2016, was the recipient of a Golden Pin Design Award Design Mark for its efforts.
